Private entrance, small cooking area, semi-private bath (you would share it with one other female student). No parking on premises or street so this is ideal for someone without a car. There is parking at the end of the block. $425 includes everything-heat-wifi,cable,electric,- but phone. Pay semester in advance or first, last month plus security and signed lease.
