I am subletting my room for the summer (from May 22 to July 25), 1 bedroom in a house for 1 student on Orchard Heights Rd.
You can move in after May 21.

Rent per month is $600.
The rent includes heat, electric, gas, water, washer, dryer, and Wi-Fi.

Furniture in the bedroom:
- Closet
- Mirror
- A full-size bed frame and mattress
- Desk

Share public space (bathroom & kitchen) and a fridge with another two students.
