The house is in a nice, quiet, residential neighborhood and is walking distance to both campus and shopping. The two roommates are very friendly, respectful, and tidy ladies. The rent would be $700/ month ALL utilities included as well as wifi, cable, snow/trash removal. There is free off street parking as well as coin-op laundry on site. No smoking or pets allowed.
