Rent is $600.00 monthly- reduced rate in exchange for help with large, friendly rescue dog.
References and security required. No smokers.
Owner lives upstairs so quiet tenant preferred.
Please note: the rescue dog needs to be walked and will sleep in apartment with you. He is a
great guy ( German Shepherd) and very sweet.
