Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Hi, I am a female MFA student looking for another student, either male or female to room with. I own the property that we would be sharing, and I probably will not be around much due to the MFA workload. I am really not a party person, so a quiet, study minded roommate would be best. I do not smoke or use drugs.
Some details about the property:

• Technically located in Wallkill, but is just outside of New Paltz, less than a 10 minute drive to campus
• 2 bedroom 1 bath mobile home
• Washer/dryer in unit
• Off street parking
• Recently renovated with new appliances

$675/month includes all utilities and internet. You would have your own bedroom and full access to all common areas, including a small storage room. Common areas are fully furnished, so you only need to bring your own bedroom furniture.
As much as I love pets, I already have a cat and she does not like other cats, so no other animals please, however you are welcome to hang out with my cat.
