Looking For a Place to Live in New Paltz / Looking for three bedroom house for 2017-2018, within walking distance of campus

Hello,
I and two other friends are looking for an apartment or house to rent for the 2017-2018 academic year, within short walking distance of the SUNY New Paltz campus. One of us would only need a room for the spring semester and the other two would like to rent for the whole academic year. Pet friendly would also be great if allowed.

Hello,
I am looking for an apartment or house that I would able to rent out for the Spring 2018 semester that would allow dogs(dog is a mature, adult dog who does not bark and is house-trained ) and could possibly be a walking distance from the school campus(however this is not an essential). In addition I have two other roommates who are searching to possibly live in said apartment or house for the whole 2017-2018 school year.
