Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Two young women who will be seniors at SUNY in search of a place of their own!

We would like to rent something in the village so that we are walking distance to campus. Ideally, the cheaper the better, but we are interested in anything available at all.

The ONE catch is: I am currently studying abroad, and my classes do not end until the end of July. So, if we could start a lease in August, that would be perfect. Or, maybe we can discuss the idea of subleasing if that is ok by the landlord.

Please let me know ASAP, my friend is available to look at any properties.

My name is Colleen Rogers, and I am wrapping up my sophomore year here. I plan to study abroad in the spring, so I am looking to fill someone's lease while they're away. I am not looking to move in to a place that requires me to stay for the spring!!! Just fall only. So if you need someone to sublet your room for this coming semester, I'm your gal!!
