Myself, a student at SUNY new paltz, and a friend who works a full time job are looking to rent a 2 or more bedroom apartment or town house in the town of new paltz. Will be willing to talk about potential rent prices. 1 year lease minimum. Both 22 years old. Clean tenants. Also cat friendly would be a help.
