Looking for a roommate for the other bedroom in my apartment. Nice living room, huge kitchen, recently renovated bathroom, outside patio, right next to laundry room. Room fits a full bed comfortably. 5 minutes from campus. Pet friendly & smoke friendly
$550 every six weeks. Rent is not due monthly.
I've lived in Southside for 3 years and have had no problems. Nice landlord and affordable! Pool in the summer
