Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Hello,

Looking for a student or grad student to sublease my room for the Spring Semester starting now and ending in August. The bedroom is large with two windows and a massive closet.

The house has 8 rooms but it is split into top and bottom floor, each floor has its own bathroom and kitchen. The room I'm subleasing is upstairs, in which only 3 of the 4 rooms are currently occupied including mine. My housemates are quiet and respectful - it's not a party house whatsoever.

The rent is $695 which includes everything. There is lots of parking space. It is 5 minutes walking distance to town and 10 minutes to campus.

Hi there, did you find a place yet? There is a place 10 minutes walking distance to campus and even closer to town on Prospect Street. It is a 4 bedroom house but rent is ~690 or less depending on room size. There is room for cars to park and utilities are included into the rent.

I'm a dude currently looking for a place to call home for the Spring 2015 semester near SUNY New Paltz, preferably walking distance but I do have a car. I'm not allergic to anything nor do I care if roommates are smokers or have pets. I am organized, like to keep my living space clean (I clean regularly) and I cook often. I work in NYC and I go religiously. I'm a geology major oriented towards Biology and I create art as a hobby.
