$500 for everything included (heat, hot water, electric, wifi, TV, home phone line, garbage, laundry) Rest of the house (great living room, full kitchen, beautiful front porch, firepit, big backyard, big bathroom with full bathtub and skylight, washer/dryer, some attic storage space) shared between us.
The house is just off main street rosendale and is 30 second drive to town, or easy 5 minute walk to center of town with several restaurants/bars/movie theater/etc., 1-2 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk to grocery store, bus station, laundromat, etc. Move in January 1st or could possibly be a week or two sooner if needed.
