Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

We are 2 students (male and female) looking for a third roommate to sublet for the spring semester. We are very friendly and laid back but also respectful! The rent is around 640 a month and we don't pay for utilities except for wiFi and electric- electric is every other month. The lease runs from January to June 1st, so the end of the Spring semester. There is parking if you have a car, but it is a quick walk to campus (12 minutes) and only about a 3 minute walk to the shops and bars on main street.

We are two New Paltz students (male and female) looking for a sublet for the upcoming spring semester January- June because our current roommate is graduating. The condo is about a 12 minute walk to campus and less than 5 minutes walking to the bars/ major restaurants and shops on Main Street- also there is parking available if you have a car.
Rent is 650 a month and the only utilities we pay for are WiFi which is about $25 a month and electric which is around 50-75 every two months depending on the season.
The house is fully furnished minus the available room. There are two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, and the three bedrooms upstairs. The available room is the biggest in the house and has two closets!
