Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Hey,

I'm a current English student, working on my final two semesters and thinking about applying to grad school at New Paltz. I am also very low key, have an aversion to parties and respectful/quiet to live with. As far as living situations go, I mostly keep to myself. I would love to hear more about the room, specifically what rent / utilities would cost and how large the room is. Looking to move in for the upcoming semester but I can also move in a pretty timely manner.

3 Responsible New Paltz students who are looking to rent a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment or house for the upcoming 2016 school year. Looking for a range of 900-1,100 (with heat and utilities preferably) a month located 25 minutes or less away from New Paltz University ideally.

Neat, Non-smoker, Friendly, non-eccentric quiet people. Pet homes would be preferred. Majors are English, Art and Psychology. Able to provide significant down payments on rent and provide own furnishing. Interested in renting for a year or more.
