Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

It's $625 per month but I'm putting up this sublet for $400 per month. Its a bedroom in a 4 bedroom house for 6 people. The five other girls living here are all students at SUNY and we're also looking for another girl to take over. The house has both doubles and singles and this sublet is for a single room. The location is really good- 10 minute walk to campus. If you have a car, there's a separate off road parking behind the house.

This lease would be for March, April, May but you can move in ASAP as of Feb 22 with no extra fee for Feb.

The house and the girls who live in this house are absolutely wonderful. I'm moving out because of personal reasons involving my parents and not because of any problems within the house.
