Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

I have two bedrooms available for summer sublet starting June First until mid to the end of august.  It is right on church street and the rent would be negotiable depending on what you could pay.  It is a three bedroom apartment/townhouse with 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and furnished living room.  There will be one girl living there over the summer but she is quiet, neat, and very friendly.  Please let me know as soon as possible.  It is a great location, close to campus, and in the center of town.

I am going to be renting an apartment with 2 other girls at 56C Church Street right off of Main Street in New Paltz.  We will have one friend Sara who is living in the apartment over the summer.  She is very neat and clean.  Subleters will have their own bedrooms, and a shared living room, kitchen, dining room and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms.  There is laundry on site as well.  The apartment is only three years old and in very good condition.  Looking for one or two girls, friends or not, it doesn't matter.  The landlord is very nice and is extremely good looking as a plus!  Cost of rooms would be  $700 all included with electric, water, and wifi.  Comes partially furnished.
