My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate for the upcoming school year, preferably a full time student or someone with a full time job (we both work full time & one of us is still in school). We have a beautiful apartment that we do not want to lose, but one of our roommates is graduating. We have a washer/dryer in the apartment, central air/heat, and a spacious kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The neighbors are pretty quiet as well.

Rent is $650 + utilities (~less than $100/month) and it's on Church St - 3 min. walk to Main St., 7-8 min. walk to campus.

You will have your own large room in a 5 bedroom house right across the street from school and one block away from campus.
the room will be partly furnished with a twin bed, there is a built in closet so no need to bring a dresser, the closet is also mirrored so no need to bring that either!

the house has a washer dryer, 2 full bathrooms (you can use either), a large kitchen, large living room. The house also has a great backyard with a fire pit for gatherings, a full bbq grill which you can use and a shed if you need to store anything.

The house is a 5 bedroom and is directly across the street from the haggerty building and there will most likely be 3 other girls living there. Its a block away from convenient deli and main street. The house has a HUGE backyard with a firepit and grill so its the perfect place to enjoy a summer day. You will have your own room with furniture already included, and the house also has a washer/dryer
