I am subleasing my bedroom on Church street for the spring semester, one block away from main street and less than ten minute walk to campus. Other than the location being extremely convenient and awesome, you'll have two amazing, friendly laid back roommates (both juniors), nice hardwood floors, a spacious sunny living room and your own bedroom with a closet and two windows!

Rent is $400 a month (not including utilities which are usually about 50 a month) and could start either december 15th 2015 or january 1st 2016 and would go until the end of may 2016 with the option to renew or stay longer also, the landlord is extremely nice and attentive towards all your needs.

No pets allowed and no laundry on site but there are plenty of reasonable laundromats within walking distance.

just posting again because i'm hoping to come up from the city one day this week to look at some spots. I'm a female transfer student looking for a bedroom (with males or females) for a reasonable price. I'm relaxed and love to go out and enjoy life to the fullest, but definitely know when its time to tone down and get work done.

I'm looking for a reasonably priced place to live for the school year (preferably august-may but I'm willing to work stuff out otherwise). I'm transferring to New Paltz from the University of Vermont and am an art education major...Looking for a room to rent out for the spring semester. I'm laid back, easy going, respectful and like to have fun but also get work done when I need to. I'm a girl and would be fine living with girls or guys or both, I clean up after myself and am not too messy. I love art, snowboarding and all kinds of music and also I have a car so a parking spot would be preferred but not a deal breaker.
