Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

Hey Yall
I posted on here within the last week thinking I had to find a roommate by mid April, but I spoke to my awesome landlord and she said I can have until sometime in May before I have to sign another lease or move out.
Here's the situation:
-I am graduating in December (tentatively)
-I aim to take out a 7 month lease which would go from June 1 to Dec 31
-Rent is $527 a month utilities not included (we can discuss what we need and don't need/ I like to practical yet open minded)
-2 BR Apartment, everyone who has lived here has loved it
-If I can't find someone by May I'll have move out
-If you want A JOB and have transportation I can get you employed for the summer months! above minimum wage. I'm the manager so we could even work out a schedule that works for us
-I love to have fun. I smoke sometimes but never inside. I promise to respect you and your space.

Hey My name is Trish and I am a senior.  I will likely be graduating in December. My roommate is moving out come the end of May, and I'm looking for someone to live with for the summer months up until the end of December. It's a 2BR. Rent is $527 a month utilities are not included. I live in the New Paltz Gardens and it's 10 minute walk to campus. 15 minutes to town. I'm pretty chill  and easy going, and I promise to respect you and you space. Everyone I've lived with here has loved the place. In December my roommate is moving out and I will have a room available for any chill, drama free girl who would like to come live with me.
