My friend Farhana is looking to SUBLET her room at Windsor Court Apartments from May 19 - July 31, 2014. The total cost of rent & ALL utilities (including gas, electric, water, A/C, cable/internet, trash removal...etc) is * $600 OR Less *.
Pricing is negotiable! You would pay for June and July's rent ONLY. She can give you the 2 weeks in May RENT FREE! Also, if you're lacking in furniture or kitchen appliances, she can leave those things for you to use (bed, dresser, table, toaster oven, coffee machine, blender...etc).
The 2-bedroom apartment is huge, clean, and located in a friendly complex that is an 8-minute walk to campus. The complex has ample parking, a laundry room, and a pool with a tanning area!
