Couple Looking to Rent a Small House

We are a couple looking to rent a small house. Looking for something still close to campus.
House doesn't have to be big but looking to have laundry on site

Must allow cats as we have two.

Willing to pay anywhere from $900-$1000 a month.

Would like to move in may or june.

It's a 15 minute walk from campus.
Contains a kitchen and a spacious living space
$940 for the rent ($470 when splint between two people)
Huge bedroom that can easily accommodate two people
Pet are allowed but are an extra fee(max of 2)
Safe complex
Landry is on sit, no need to go to the Laundromat
Water and heat included in the bill(Electric paid separate)
Cable and Internet Ready!
Parking available

Can be ready for move in January
