I am a senior at New Paltz and I moving out of my room in May, but my lease ends in August. I am looking for someone to sub-lease my room from May 19th to the middle of August. This would be a 3 month lease only! My landloard can be contacted if someone wants to stay for next year too. It is a huge room with two big closets. It is really meant for two people. The house is greatly located right by the college diner. It is about 2.5 miles from campus.  $515 a month everything included, even internet and cable!! I have leased a huge bedroom (about twice the size of a normal dorm room) in a gorgeous house with other NP students and need a roommate to share the room with.
