Hey guys,
I'm looking for someone to sublet my room for the Spring semester, I wanna move in with my friends in a different apartment.
The rent is $550 a month which is pretty good, about 25 for propane every 3 months and then no more than 50 a month for other utilities (usually much less unless something is wasting electricity), it's really affordable.
The space is pretty roomy, actually large compared to most apartments around here.
The area is chill, you're a block from the rail-trail and Huguenot street, Village Pizza, and two blocks from The Bakery and Main Street. It's a fun location. It's about 15 minutes to walk to school if you take your time. There's a loop bus stop right here.
