I am looking to rent my Paltz Commons apartment for the summer. My roommate will not be renting out her room, but will not be staying at the apartment for the summer, so you'll have the entire apartment to yourself except the one small bedroom.

There is one huge bedroom with a large closet, a large living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom. It is located on main street and is a 5 minute walk to campus.

$625 (included is trash removal, plowing, water, off street parking)
This is one of the nicer Paltz Commons apartments and it will basically be a huge one bedroom apartment for a very low price.
