Hey, my name is Jenny and I just saw that you all need a place to live for 2013? Four of my girlfriends, including myself, have a place that we're looking at that is walking distance from campus and is reasonably priced. Our parents have checked it out too, so it's got their approval. Lol.. It fits seven people, so the four of us are looking for three responsible, easy to get along with girls and if y'all are interested, feel free to e-mail at jsclafani@hawkmail.newpaltz.edu.

We're kind of in a crunch time right now because our potential landlord wants a definite answer by Monday, January 21, (so sorry this is late notice) but he liked us and is willing to give us the house if we can find three more people. No rush in making a definite answer by Monday, but the sooner we hear from you, the better for possibly all of us! Hope to hear from you soon! :)

We are four responsible seniors-to-be (as of fall 2013) looking for a place within walking distance to the SUNY New Paltz campus. Our budget is between $500-$650 per month for rent.

If anyone is in a house currently with four extra rooms, we're always willing to meet new people.

Hey Alli, a few of me and my girlfriends have a house we're looking at right now within walking distance of campus. The lease starts in August 2013. It's a really nice house and is reasonably priced (it's even got the approval of our parents lol). It's got 7 bedrooms, (4 of which will be taken by myself and my friends) so we're looking for 3 more housemates. So obviously we're looking for 3 more housemates lol..
