Hello! I am currently seeking a studio/1 bedroom apartment or other housemates to live with, ideally around the $400-$600 range. I'm
mainly looking for a place to stay while i finish up my last semester at school, but i will consider a year long lease depending on the price.

I'm a responsible student at SUNY New Paltz, about to enter my 6th year at the school, and
i am looking for an affordable 6th month lease around the New Paltz area. Depending on the
monthly price, it is possible i could do a year lease. I am mainly interested in a studio or one
bedroom place, but i will be willing to look at 2+, so long as i am only responsible for the rent
of one bedroom.

Hello!

My name is Kelly, I am a responsible 5th year student at SUNY, who is looking to ideally
find a Studio or 1 bedroom apartment to rent for 6 months as i finish my last semester
during Fall of 2013. I would need the lease to start June 1, 2013, and end December 31, 2013.
I don't have a car, so it would have to be walking distance to the campus (within ~a mile).
