Summer sublet available for the 2015 summer months. One bedroom in a 6 bedroom house, although no one will be hear over the summer for the most part. Fully furnished living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and porch area. Bedroom is fully furnished with large 5 drawer dresser, double door sliding closet, mini fridge w/ large freezer, desk w/ rolling chair, full sized bed, curtains, etc. All utilities are included, and there is central a/c for the summer. Ample parking available for tenants, whether it's one or two people sharing the room. The room is also wired for cable, but you would have to provide your own TV. Cable/internet is included.

Rent is $675 normally but willing to negotiate. $550

The summer sublet lease would run from the end of May until the end of August, so 3 months.

I am studying abroad in the spring semester and need someone to take over the lease for my room ASAP. It is in a house right next to water street which is about 10 minutes walking distance to campus and 5 minutes to town. You do not need a car if you live in this house.

The house was built in 2011 and  has 6 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The room you would be renting is on the second floor of the house. It comes completely furnished with a full size bed, dresser, nightstand, lamp, mini fridge, desk, chair, 32" TV, and a huge closet which is a plus.

The lease starts in January and goes until August.

*All the other rooms in the house are rented to girls so no boys please *

The rent is $675 a month including all utilities (heat, electric, cable, garbage removal, water, central a/c when it's hot out, etc).

We rent currently and take great care of our home, so we will do the same for the next place that we decide to live.

Hey!

We're looking for two girls to fill two spots left we have in our affordable, huge house for next semester! It's a 20 minute walk to campus and is located right next to the loop if you'd rather take the bus. I'll also have my car if that helps anyone.

The house is HUGE. And it's only $1900 a month split between us four plus utilities. It will be less than $600 a month, more like $560-575, which is one of the more affordable prices you're going to find.

I have pictures of the house in my email, and I will send them to you if you want.

We're both going to be sophomore psychology majors (and i'm also going to double major in art). We study and go out, so it's a good mix, and we're really fun and outgoing! We can pretty much get along with anyone so if you're interested, let us know ASAP.
