There is one room available in a 2 bedroom apartment! The location is perfect, on prospect street, right off of main street. Any route you want to take to get to campus is a 2/3 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. The place is getting repainted and the apartment is getting renovated right now and will be finished this week. The bedroom I am in is only slightly larger than the available one but I will pay 50 dollars more towards the rent. The rent is 1150 between the 2 of us so you will be paying 525 not including utilities but i spoke to other tenants and they said the bills do not get too crazy!
