One bedroom available in two bedroom apartment. I'm moving out of my super cute apartment, my roommate, however, is staying. She's great, clean, and rarely home. The apartment is in a converted barn with a great backyard with a communal garden. It is about an 8 minute drive from town about a 25 minute bike ride. Rent is $550 everything included, except internet ($25 a month split with two people). There is a gas fireplace which is amazing in the winter.  Flexible on move in date but the latest is September 1st, can do earlier though!Living room furniture will stay. Also the bed and night stand can stay in you want them.

I'm looking for a roommate to share a small two bedroom house about a mile outside of New Paltz. I'm a SUNY New Paltz student graduating in December, so I'll be working most of the time. I'm looking to live with someone chill and fun, who is interested in living a little ways out, but still biking distance from main st. The kitchen and living rooms are a good size and there's a backyard with a firepit!
The rent would be around $560 a month, for the larger bedroom,  ALL utilities included. Move in would be around January 1st with a 6 month lease.

I am studying abroad and would like to sublet my room from January 1st until august. I live with 3 other wonderful ladies all of which are students at SUNY New Paltz. They definitely maintain an active social life, but are also clean and respectful of the living space. The room can either come fully furnished or not depending on your preference. The house is a short walk to both campus and Main street. Rent is $625 a month. This includes ALL utilities, internet, and cable (HBO & Showtime too).
