Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

My name is Greilyn and I'm transferring to Suny New Paltz this January. I'm looking for a female roommate to share a large room with plenty of closet space. Rent is $ 580 with all utilities included, So you'll only have to pay $ 290. We'll be 10 mins or less from campus (by walk). Room would NOT be furnished but the rest of the apartment will, like the kitchen etc. Everything is pretty new because the place was redone. I'm going to see the room this sat ( Nov 5 ).
