Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

There is a room available in a house on Tricor Avenue, a two minute walk from campus.  The library is basically your backyard.  There are five other guys living in the house and the utilities are included in the rent, which is $585 a month.  There is also a washer and dryer in the basement and a huge driveway to park your car if needed.  You would be renting the place from January until May.  It would be hard to find a better location in New Paltz if you are a student, especially during the cold months since it is so close to every building on campus.  E-mail Lookout873@aol.com if interested.

It is a four person apartment with two other lovely, respectful roommates located on the second floor of a 12 person house.  It is a fun, exciting place to live full of friendly people. About a 10 minute walk to campus, 2 minutes to town, right on the rail trail. Females preferred.
