1 bedroom available of a 2 bedroom in the Paltz commons for August move in. Rent is $873 a month, not including utilities or internet. 5 minute walk to campus and downtown. I signed lease extension but decided to move, so looking for someone to fill my room. Roommate is a chill guy, he will cook for you if you want. Apartment will already be furnished.
