Hello, I'm looking for a clean individual to sub-lease my one-bedroom apartment inside a large spacious house for the Summer of 2023 (specifically June to August 1st), a bathroom is right next to the room as well as additional kitchen, back and front porch, beautiful backyard and living spaces to use outside of the room free of charge. It's 0.3 miles away from campus and about a 5 minute walk until you hit main street as well as the heart of the town.
