- start date is flexible: Jan 1 - Aug 1
- looking for a year-long lease, but again, flexible!
-NEED parking
- preferred if utilities are included, but not a deal breaker
- Price range: 600-950 if no utilities are included, if utilities are included then 1,350 is my limit.
**I do not own any pets!

I've got a full-time job on campus at SUNY New Paltz and I am looking to move into a studio apartment nearby. I would prefer rent 1,200 or less with all utilities included. I am open to having 1 roommate (female only as I am also female), which again I'm looking to rent 1,200 or less per person, but they cannot have pets as I am very allergic. I'm open to leases or subleases that are open between now and January 1st.

Two friends (both current college seniors) and I (recent grad of SUNY NP) are looking for a place to live as soon as possible. Looking to move between now and February. We are hoping to find housing in a 3 bedroom home, but are open to a 4 bedroom home if available. Rent between $550-$2200 is ideal. It would also be great if most utilities are included in that rent as well. If anyone knows of any leads please let us know ASAP!
