What exactly are you looking for? I have some rooms available in two different houses in the town of New Paltz. 2 rooms are located on Orchard Lane, right across from campus and the other 2 are on Wurtz Avenue at the end of town. Rent for the rooms comes to $620 all utilities including cable and internet. [one of the rooms on Orchard is only $600] Get back to me if this might be something you're interested in!

I have a great room available for at least the summer and then you can take a different room in the house in the beginning of next semester. It is for 6 people, however, as of now only 3 are filled. It is a huge house and you will have plenty of room for yourself.
