We have several six bedroom apartments that will be available for the next coming school year. Each apartment has six private bedrooms, shared living room, shared kitchen, two shared bathrooms, a washer and a dryer, and parking. No smoking and NO PETS allowed. Located on Pencil Hill off of Southside Ave- walking distance to campus and the village.

Monthly rent per bedroom is $625.
Each person must put down $1250 security deposit.
Utilities are NOT included in rent.

Apartments are not furnished.
