Title: looking for a place starting May 1st

I'm looking for a place to live relatively close to campus starting May 1st. I'm pretty mellow and adaptable, but I'm super focused on school and would like to live with people who are like-minded. Would also prefer to live with someone/people older than 21, just a personal preference.

Room in great house right across from campus.  Large enough for bed, sofa, dresser, desk, etc., top floor of house- sunny windows, see mountains, hear campus bells.  Available May 1st.

Have one bedroom open in a two bedroom in town, quiet, aptment complex. It's at end of prospect st and Henry w Dubois. There is a foyer, deck, living room, dining room, big kitchen, two big bedrooms and a full bath. Is open ASAP. 600 plus about 50 in utilities, high speed included.
