*Hi, my name is Katerina.

*I'm 18 years old and I intend on moving off-campus for the coming school year (2012/2013).

*I'm very neat, I don't party, I don't smoke, and I don't drink.

*I need a place that is walking distance/ biking distance from campus, and I'm not too picky.

*I would prefer my own personal room. However, I wouldn't mind sharing a common area/kitchen/bathroom.

*I'd prefer a place that doesn't allow smoking and isn't party-oriented.

*I don't have a problem with animals, but I have none of my own.

*I'd prefer a monthly lease. (I'm willing to negotiate)
