I have a four bedroom apartment available starting August 2012. This location is above a restaurant on the corner of Main Street and South Oakwood. It has a shared living room/eat-in kitchen, bathroom, a washer, and a dryer. The bedrooms are lockable for privacy. There is no smoking and no pets allowed at this apartment. The apartment is within walking distance to SUNY and the village. There is a one year lease required.
Monthly rent is $625 for each tenant.
Security deposit is equal to two month's rent $1250 (PER PERSON).
Utilities are SEPARATE.
