This is a private house right on Main Street, near the corner of Manheim Blvd (by M&T Bank) available starting JUNE 2012. This house has seven bedrooms. This house has a large shared living room, eat-in kitchen, two bathrooms, washer, and a dryer. The bedrooms are lockable for privacy. This house is UNFURNISHED. There is no smoking and no pets allowed in this house. It is within walking distance to SUNY and the Village. There is lots of parking on the premises for tenants. There is one year lease required.

Rent is $625 a person.
Security deposit must be equal to two month's rent $1250.
UTILITIES ARE SEPARATE.
