Hey! I found a nice 2-bedroom right off of main street on south oakwood terrace, behind the gulf station so very close to downtown and the school! There is one room with a lot of natural light and another bigger one. Tons of storage, really nice kitchen and cool deck which will be awesome when it warms up (or to use for 420-friendly business!) It's $1175 a month so $588 each+ electric, and wifi if we want it but that won't be much. Quite excited about it and I'm really looking forward to finding an easygoing cat-friendly roommate to come occupy it with me!
