I'm an education student and looking for another young student or professional in the area to take my roommates spot when she moves out. Centrally located in NPz, walking distance from downtown main st. and the grocery store. Rent is $1100-1200 depending on length of lease signed. (It's kind of like if we sign a lease for x amount of months it costs y and varies). July 1 move in with potential to start moving in furniture in June. Please be comfortable with cats (I have 1 cat, not sure how to word this).
