Your large private room is furnished with a twin-size bed and a four-drawer chest. You're welcome to add furniture to your bedroom. If you'd like to bring your own bed, please let me know.
Shared areas include the bathroom, dining area, balcony and a fully equipped kitchen; pots, pans, utensils, etc. Bringing your own set of dishes is recommended but not necessary.
Located in the Town and Country condo complex behind Clemson and Bro's. The apartment is within walking distance of Water Street Market and a 5-minute drive to SUNY New Paltz campus.
