Hi,
I've got a full-time job on campus at SUNY New Paltz and I am looking to move into a studio apartment nearby. I would prefer rent 1,200 or less with all utilities included. I am open to having 1 roommate (female only as I am also female), which again I'm looking to rent 1,200 or less per person, but they cannot have pets as I am very allergic. I'm open to leases or subleases that are open between now and January 1st.

Please let me know if you have a studio available, are looking for a roommate, or if you know of any leads.
