My name is Ashlee and I am a sophomore at SUNY New Paltz. I am looking for off campus housing for the fall 2022/spring 2023 school year.
I am looking for either a one bedroom apartment or studio that is close to campus, or a room in a house that is also close to campus. I have no preference on amount of roommates for a house, so if anyone needs a spot filled hit me up! I have a steady income and I am a clean, outgoing person. I also do mot have any animals but am open to living with one :)

I live on 11 North Oakwood, it's right across the street from gulf. It's a big house with other tenants but each individual has their own room. I'm looking for someone to sublet it to from the end of May to August. I'm leaving after this year so if you find yourself interested in the house you can renew a lease with the landlord. The rent is 725 a month. Let me know if you're interested in checking it out.
