The master room is in the basement and can be rented to 1 or 2 people to share it priced at $850-$1,000 per month. It has its own closet, bathroom, and shower. All utilities are included except WiFi. Garbage pick up and snow plowing is included. Washing machine and dryer are available to use in the house.
