I am looking to sublease my room next semester. It is in a five bedroom two bathroom house located on S. Chestnut. Very close to town and a five minute walk to class! Laundry is included within the house. I am also willing to leave some of the furniture in my room.
Rent is paid per semester and utilities are paid per month.
