Looking for a grad student or faculty member at SUNY to rent our spacious and very quiet studio apartment just off Rte. 32, 2 miles north of New Paltz. Private entrance and patio that looks out on a beautiful half-acre garden. Wifi, electricity included. Washer/dryer available. Rent: $895 per month. Lease 12 months, available August 1st (some flexibility on move-in date). We are looking for one responsible and considerate renter. Fully vaccinated, non-smoker. No pets. We will be conducting viewing on Saturdays in July.

I know you are looking for a grad student, however I'm a mature undergraduate transfer student (turning 22 this fall) Preferably I'd move in late August although could move in any time this summer.
