Hello! Me (Aiden) and my friend Dylan are both seniors at SUNY New Paltz. We are looking for one to two more housemates in a 3-4 bedroom house. The house is about 1.5-2 miles from campus, and rent will be anywhere from 590-790 a month (depending if three or four people will be living in the apartment). There are laundry units at the house, and everything is included except for electric and Wi-Fi. The move in date would probably be sometime in July, and the lease is for one year. Female or male college students are welcome. We are both transfer students, we grew up in the Hudson Valley, and we like doing stuff outside.
