One furnished single bedroom will be available to rent for June and July, or Jan 1st in a house that's shared by female students. It's a ten minute walk to campus and a five minute walk to the grocery store on Main St. The rent is $675 per month for a large furnished bedroom including utilities. It includes a washer, dryer, off-street parking, bicycle storage, weekly garbage and recycling pickup, snow removal, and yard maintenance. No pets, no smoking, and no parties.
