Looking for a female roommate to finish out the semester and continue on with a nine or year-long lease. You would be able to have entire apt by yourself after May 31st or find another apt mate(s) to live with. Rent is $780/month; wifi and electric are paid separately and come to about $60/month between two people. Pets allowed under the New Paltz Gardens terms. Access to swimming pool, laundry facilities, ac in unit, full kitchen with fridge, stove and plenty of cabinet space.
